What makes Fetch! special is that all our products are made from 100% plant aqueous extract and are formulated to human standards, which means, you can use them too! We are the first in the Philippines to proudly share our products are for human use, FDA registered, BAI Registered, and DOST tested. We are also first to create products using 100% Neem Extract and 100% Jicama Extract.
 
Our Neem Pet Care System is first to have grooming, healing, and cleaning products with 100% Neem Extract as the first listed ingredient, which means that it is the main base of our products. Other pet products use a standard shampoo solution or water as base, then add Neem or other plant oils & extracts to the mix which doesn’t make it as effective. This is why our products have yellow or green color because what you get is totally pure extract. 
We are also first in the market to use 100% Neem aqueous extract as a base for all our products.
 
The neem extraction process and base formulation used in Fetch! Neem Pet Care products won the silver medal at the 25th Salon International des Inventions in Geneva, Switzerland.

Products in the Neem Pet Care System include Neem Shampoo, Neem Shampoo Bar or Soap, Neem Leave- On Rinse, and Neem House Cleaner & Deodorizer.

What is Neem?

The Neem tree (or Azadirachta Indica) is a tropical plant found in India and in Southeast Asian countries. In India, the tree is known as the village pharmacy, as the seeds, bark and leaves contain compounds with proven antiseptic, antiviral, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal uses. In fact, extracts from the Neem leaves not just moisturize but also have anti-parasitic properties which repel fleas, ticks, mange mites, and ringworm.

- An important application of Neem is as a “natural pesticide” because it has azadirachtin, a hormone-like compound that disrupts the eating, mating behavior & molting of fleas, ticks, mange mites & most bugs. It also has Salannin, a compound that is found to help repel bugs.
- Neem has nimbin and related compounds that are found to have anti microbial & anti-fungal properties. This is why neem is used to help treat wounds & infections, & acts as a deodorizer.

Our flagship product is the Jicama Brightening Wash which contains 100% Jicama Extract with Green Tea Seed Oil and Aloe Vera. Perfect for brightening, lightening discolouration, and conditioning your dog's or cat's fur. Perfect for humans too as a nourishing facial wash.
 
The Indulge line also includes our Conditioning Serum with Abyssinian Oil. Made out of various nourishing plant extracts such as Avocado, Chamomile, Calendula, and Jojoba, this serum aims to condition, detangle, and add shine to hair strands. It also contains Abyssinian Oil, a natural oil from a mustard plant that is rich in Omega 3, 6, and 9. It is known as the Argan Oil of the Mediterranean.

We are proud to be the first Philippine pet care brand with all 3 certifications. These are important because:
 
Food and Drug Administration (FDA)- regulates anything that humans use and consume. If it has an FDA registration, it means you yourself can use the product and it meets the organization's standards.
 
Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI)- a sector within the Department of Agriculture, this group ensures all products for animals have been tested to be safe and claims are true.
 
Department of Science & Technology (DOST)- this government body has tested our House Cleaners and certified that our claims that the products kill various germs and bacteria, including E.Coli and Salmonella, are true.

Yes! All our products are made from natural produce that are bought directly from Filipino farmers.

What's Your Shipping Policy?

Accepted Answer

For shipping, we use a 3rd party courier service, specifically LBC (and occasinally Blitz).

Usually, Metro Manila orders take around 3 business days for delivery. Outside Metro Manila takes around 5-10 days. The rates are by weight based on LBC's shipping calculator.
 
Tracking numbers will always be provided once the courier picks up the items. However, we do acknowledge that there may be times that couriers may encounter delays on shipments. Should this happen, please let us know right away via email at hello@fetchnaturals.com so we can assist in locating your item.
 
If you prefer another courier service, please let us know so we can arrange a pick-up schedule and let you know should there be a price difference.
 
For Metro Manila clients who would want same or next day shipping, please send us a message via email at hello@fetchnaturals.com or social media so we can arrange either a Grab Express or Lalamove. Additional charges apply. Do note that our Shopee accounts have Grab Express integrated so we can do same or next day delivery as well.
