We are proud to be the first Philippine pet care brand with all 3 certifications. These are important because: Food and Drug Administration (FDA)- regulates anything that humans use and consume. If it has an FDA registration, it means you yourself can use the product and it meets the organization's standards. Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI)- a sector within the Department of Agriculture, this group ensures all products for animals have been tested to be safe and claims are true. Department of Science & Technology (DOST)- this government body has tested our House Cleaners and certified that our claims that the products kill various germs and bacteria, including E.Coli and Salmonella, are true.

Yes! All our products are made from natural produce that are bought directly from Filipino farmers. In addition, we have been active in supporting various animal welfare and rescue groups, including PAWS and Pawssion Project.

For shipping, we use a 3rd party courier service, specifically LBC (and occasinally Blitz). ​ Usually, Metro Manila orders take around 3 business days for delivery. Outside Metro Manila takes around 5-10 days. The rates are by weight based on LBC's shipping calculator. Tracking numbers will always be provided once the courier picks up the items. However, we do acknowledge that there may be times that couriers may encounter delays on shipments.
